Ragondin Assistant is a local-first AI assistant that runs entirely on your device. Your privacy is not just a feature, it is the foundation of how the application is designed. This policy explains what data we collect (virtually none) and how the application works with respect to your information.

No personal data collection

Ragondin Assistant does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. There are no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no authentication required to use the application.

On-device processing

All AI processing happens locally on your device. Your conversations, documents, and any other data you interact with remain on your device at all times. Nothing is sent to the cloud for processing.

No analytics or telemetry

We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, cookies, or any form of telemetry. We have no way of knowing how you use the application, how often you use it, or what you use it for.

No third-party data sharing

Because we do not collect any data, there is nothing to share with third parties. No advertisers, data brokers, or partner companies receive any information from Ragondin Assistant.

Local model storage

The AI models used by Ragondin Assistant are downloaded to and stored on your device. Model files remain local and are not uploaded or synchronized with any external service.

Your data, your control

Since all data stays on your device, you have full control over it. To delete all application data, simply uninstall Ragondin Assistant and remove its local data folder. No account deletion request is necessary because no account exists.

Changes to this policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Given our commitment to local-only processing, we do not anticipate significant changes.
