By downloading, installing, or using Ragondin Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Description of the service

Ragondin Assistant is a local AI assistant that runs entirely on your device. It provides conversational AI capabilities powered by models stored and executed locally, without requiring an internet connection for core functionality.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Ragondin Assistant in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not use the application to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Understand that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be verified before relying on them for critical decisions.

Intellectual property

The Ragondin Assistant application, including its source code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of ragondin.ai. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application.

Content you generate using Ragondin Assistant belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your inputs or the outputs produced by the AI on your device.

Disclaimer of warranties

Ragondin Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• The application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• The application will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ragondin.ai and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Ragondin Assistant, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using Ragondin Assistant at any time by uninstalling the application from your device. Since no account or cloud data exists, uninstalling the application fully terminates your use of the service and removes all associated local data.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
