By downloading, installing, or using Ragondin Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

Description of the Service

Ragondin Assistant is a local AI assistant that runs directly on your device.

The application provides conversational AI and image understanding features powered by AI models executed locally on-device. Core functionality does not require cloud-based AI processing.

Eligibility

Ragondin Assistant is intended for users aged 16 and older.

By using the application, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Ragondin Assistant in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the application to generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them for important decisions
• Accept responsibility for how you use the application and any generated content

AI-Generated Content

Ragondin Assistant uses artificial intelligence models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate outputs.

AI-generated responses should not be considered factual, guaranteed, or professional advice.

Ragondin Assistant is not intended to provide:

• Medical advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Emergency guidance
• Professional certifications or diagnoses

You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any information generated by the application.

Intellectual Property

Ragondin Assistant, including its software, branding, interface, and design, is the intellectual property of ragondin.ai and its licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application in accordance with these Terms.

Content generated by the application from your inputs belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your prompts, conversations, or generated outputs.

Open-Source Models and Trademarks

Ragondin Assistant may include or support open-source AI models.

"Gemma" is a trademark of Google LLC. "Qwen" is a trademark of Alibaba Cloud.

Ragondin Assistant is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Alibaba.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ragondin Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The application will meet your expectations or specific requirements
• The application will always be compatible with your device or operating system

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ragondin.ai and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Ragondin Assistant.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Financial losses
• Reliance on AI-generated outputs
• Device performance issues

Termination

You may stop using Ragondin Assistant at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

Because the application does not use accounts or cloud storage, uninstalling the app removes your local application data unless otherwise preserved by your device operating system.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
