Frequently asked questions

How much storage do the models require?

Gemma 4 E2B requires about 3.1 GB (plus ~1 GB for the vision component) and Qwen 3.5 about 2.9 GB. You only need to download the model you want to use. You can switch or remove models at any time from the app settings.

Does the app work without an internet connection?

Yes. After the initial model download, Ragondin Assistant works entirely offline. You can use it on a plane, in a tunnel, or anywhere without connectivity.

Which devices are supported?

Ragondin Assistant runs on iPhones with an A14 chip or later (iPhone 12+) and Android devices with at least 4 GB of RAM. Not every phone can run every model. The smallest model requires at least 4 GB of RAM, while larger models need more. The app will show you which models are compatible with your device.

Is my data really private?

Yes. The app makes zero network calls during use. There is no server, no account, and no telemetry. Your conversations exist only in your device's local storage. Read our full privacy policy for details.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play, according to their respective refund policies. We don't process payments directly.

How do I delete my data?

Since everything is stored locally, uninstalling the app removes all data. There's no account to delete and no server-side data to request removal of.
